01.
Costs
Each piece is unique and custom-made, so pricing will vary. I work with clients to accommodate their approximate budgets, but the final cost ultimately depends on the detail and complexity of the design and cost of materials. The best way to get an idea of pricing is to send some design ideas through, along with your budget, and I will be more than happy to work out an estimate. Please note, prices of RTW costumes in my shop, are not reflective of commission prices.

Postage
Both international and national postage costs are typically included in the quoted price unless specified otherwise. Catchlight Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by shipping carriers. Please specify if you would like to purchase shipping insurance. You will be provided with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. ​

Duos/Trios/Groups
For duo, trio and group bookings, communication, payment and postage must be coordinated through one person to avoid any confusion or miscommunication.

Quality
I always strive to use the highest quality materials in my costume construction. Your solo costume will be fully lined with a thick soft lycra fabric, with the exception of heavy weight specialty fabrics such as some velvets, pleathers and some shimmers amongst others, where the fabric is not see through. For trio and group costumes, lining may not be used or require an additional fee, but this will be discussed when booking.

Time Frame
For the most part, I am able to accomodate delivery dates with a minimum of 3-4 weeks notice (excluding shipping times). On occasion, I am able to accomodate a quick 1-2 week turn around (excluding shipping times), providing the design utilises materials I have in stock. I suggest getting in touch to check if your required delivery date is available to avoid disappointment.

Sizing
For custom bookings, you will receive a design form with all the measurements required.
For performance ready costumes, please refer to the size guide. ​

Please note, Catchlight Designs is not responsible for an improper fit due to inaccurate measurements or growth spurt. Please provide measurements you would like your costume made to, this includes growth room if required. ​
06.
Deposit
All Australian bookings require a non-refundable deposit of between $50 - $100 (to be determined after design is finalised) to secure your spot. This can be paid via bank transfer and will be deducted from the final cost of your booking.

International orders are to be be paid in full via PayPal (goods and services) once the design has been finalised. This is to reduce additional international processing fees.
